From humble beginnings as a stationers 20 years ago Cards Galore, a family run business now has 50 stores nationwide. As such they decided to review and refresh there overall look and feel.

Background

Starting with a site in Hammersmith, we were asked to review the store and develop contemporary concepts that would help maintain their strength in this highly competitive market yet retain the Cards Galore brand essence, with the intention of rolling it out across their estate.

Result

An open fronted store was developed to create a welcoming threshold with a clean simple environment within that would make the cards and gifts stand out enabling customers to easily browse and locate specific items. A high level perimeter typographic application was applied that created a fun atmosphere promoting the various occasions throughout a typical year.
